Our pricing is based on the work involved, the services you need, the number of accounts and transactions, and the number of employees. We don’t base it on your revenue, so you won’t pay more just because your business is growing.
After we meet to discuss your business and the state of your books, we’ll often recommend a diagnostic review. This gives you a proposal with our findings, recommendations, and pricing.

One-Time QuickBooks Set-up
We'll set up your business and get your finances and bookkeeping organized.
Ideal for when your books are nonexistent, or you have been keeping track on a spreadsheet.
Price varies depending on how far back in time you need to go.
Assisted Payroll
We can help you set up payroll with third-party providers like Gusto, Patriot, Paychex, ADP, or your local payroll service.
We can help you choose the best option based on your budget and growth plans. From there, we’ll ensure everything integrates with your bookkeeping.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Prompt, timely AP/AR keeps a business running smoothly! We can monitor your accounts, ensure your bills are paid on time, and promptly send your invoices.
